As a true Kiwi, I spent over 30 years growing up and living in South Auckland. In young adulthood, I attended Otahuhu college and later bought my first investment property here in 2004 – my Kiwi pride and love for the area runs deep.
My passion for real estate and industry experience spans 17 years starting with that first investment in 2004. I later moved into sales and rentals in 2006. Then in 2017 as director, I oversaw the design, development and sales of residential subdivisions in Taranaki for JVL Homes LTD. While this experience didn’t win me any flashy awards to brag about, it did give me the opportunity to connect with local home buyers and sellers in a more meaningful way.
I also gained a “behind the scenes” insight into the development and redevelopment of many areas like Takanini and Papakura. This in-depth knowledge coupled with my genuine desire to help and expert ability to solve problems is now used to tailor real estate strategies that are specific to my client’s needs. Buying, selling or investing… I have negotiated all sides and resolved issues you may haven’t even thought of.
Recently, keeping in line with true Kiwi values of persistence, local pride, resourcefulness and humility, I made the decision to join Harvey’s. I wanted to marry my ambition, unmatched negotiating expertise and passion with Harvey’s 100+ years of local experience, industry leadership and reputation.
